APPLICATION PROCEDURES

-Applicants are to forward complete applications to  sislcsr@stephanoservices.com.

-For any CSR application to be counted as complete, documents required as per each case MUST be attached. Please see below the required documents per case:

Charity and Upkeep

  1. 1. Application Letter addressed to The CSR Department.
  2. 2. Appreciation Letter addressed to the CSR Department.
  3. 3. Account details of Applicant.
  4. 4. Additional Documents may be required based on the reason for the application.

Educational Support & Skill Acquisition, Development, and Promotion

  1. 1. An Application Letter addressed to The CSR Department.
  2. 2. Appreciation Letter addressed to the CSR Department.
  3. 3. In the case of School Fees an Admission letter and Printout of School Fees printed on the School letter Head Paper and/or applicants account number would be required while in the case of Skill Acquisition, Development, and Promotion, a copy of Registration Form, Invoice with vendor’s account details and Contact details of vendor would be required.

Medical Expenses Support

PROCESSING TIME

-Minimum processing time for all applications is Two (2) Weeks starting from the date a complete application is received, subject to funds availability.

GENERAL RULES

-Our maximum monthly Cash disbursement for CSR Activities cannot exceed Two Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN200,000) and it will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

-An Applicant cannot apply more than twice a year.

-Incomplete application can be kept for a maximum period of One (1) month after which it will be discarded, and the applicant will have to re-apply
