APPLICATION PROCEDURES
-Applicants are to forward complete applications to sislcsr@stephanoservices.com.
-For any CSR application to be counted as complete, documents required as per each case MUST be attached. Please see below the required documents per case:
Charity and Upkeep
- 1. Application Letter addressed to The CSR Department.
- 2. Appreciation Letter addressed to the CSR Department.
- 3. Account details of Applicant.
- 4. Additional Documents may be required based on the reason for the application.
Educational Support & Skill Acquisition, Development, and Promotion
- 1. An Application Letter addressed to The CSR Department.
- 2. Appreciation Letter addressed to the CSR Department.
- 3. In the case of School Fees an Admission letter and Printout of School Fees printed on the School letter Head Paper and/or applicants account number would be required while in the case of Skill Acquisition, Development, and Promotion, a copy of Registration Form, Invoice with vendor’s account details and Contact details of vendor would be required.
Medical Expenses Support
- 1. An Application Letter addressed to The CSR Department.

PROCESSING TIME
-Minimum processing time for all applications is Two (2) Weeks starting from the date a complete application is received, subject to funds availability.
GENERAL RULES
-Our maximum monthly Cash disbursement for CSR Activities cannot exceed Two Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN200,000) and it will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
-An Applicant cannot apply more than twice a year.
-Incomplete application can be kept for a maximum period of One (1) month after which it will be discarded, and the applicant will have to re-apply
